1. Dedication We are committed to going above and beyond to advocate for and support the needs of vulnerable and undeserved children. We are dedicated to placing their needs before our own in our unrelenting mission to serve them.

 2. Empowerment: We believe any young person can succeed when provided the proper level of support from a village of people who care. We aim to be that village by providing struggling young people with the aid, tools and love they need not only to survive but to thrive. We want to instill in them their own drive to succeed by modeling success and showing them how to lift up and sustain themselves by their own internal power and strength.

 3. Excellence: We are committed to excellence in everything we do, acting with an unwavering sense of purpose and love for our work. We strive to go above and beyond in supporting our target populations, their families, and our communities.

 4. Integrity: We believe in acting with complete honesty, transparency, and forthrightness in everything we do. This involves the way we interact with the community, advance our mission, and execute our day-to-day operations as a fiscally responsible and prudent nonprofit organization. Our mission is to operate with a high level of integrity in all things.

 5. Community: We believe that when the community works together in a spirit of unity and love, anything is possible. Our mission is to build communities by empowering and edifying struggling young people. When our youngest and most vulnerable neighbors are lifted up and empowered, the whole community will benefit.
